The wait time depends on the shipping option you choose. The total wait time will be about three business days (time for packaging and assembly) plus however many business days it takes for UPS to deliver your order per your delivery time selection you made at checkout.

Your right to compensation will come from you connecting with UPS directly as they cover all lost or damaged packages and will provide you with the compensation you deserve.

We work rigorously to ensure all units of Turbobo are shipped out in perfect condition; however, if your product comes deformed from the factory or is missing anything you ordered, please feel free to contact our support team at info@turbobo.co

You will need to contact our support team in order to get an authorization code to return your purchased products for a full refund or credit. Please include a description of what happened in addition to photo proof of the issue. After a full investigation into what happened concludes, we will make it right and ship you new units of anything that needs replacing at no extra charge. We want to ensure complete satisfaction for all of our customers!

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order for whatever reason, please reach out to us (info@turbobo.co) prior to returning your order so we can provide an authorization code to give you a full refund or credit upon our receipt of your purchased product. The product must be returned in brand new condition with no marks or damages within 7 days of you receiving the product to be eligible for return.

Yes, orders of 20 units or more of Turbobo are eligible for special order quantity discounts. Please reach out to ryanmiele@turboborelief.com to request bulk order discount offers.
